I’m sure most of us have were asked this at some stage of our young lives. And with no understanding of multiple passions or the reality of how it was possible. We were easily able to come up with a single or simple answer.

Recently when I asked my 6 year old niece Isabelle this very question, she answered “a doctor by day and dancer at night”. A great combination! We definitely need more dancing doctors in the world.

Miss Isabelle

But focussing on the end goal here is not what really matters. She does not need to become a doctor or a dancer to achiever her dreams. What really matters is why she wants to become a doctor or dancer that really matters to help her realise her dream.

When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind. — Patrick Rothfuss

It’s no different with your grown up selves. What your dream job or business is on a grand scale does not necessarily have to be the goal to gain the same fulfillment from realising it.

Now over to you ,ask yourself.

What is your dream job or business?

Why is this your dream job or business?

How can you start to incorporate those aspects into your business or job now?
